Renowned steak & Burger offerings together with fresh Fish, Chicken, Pasta & Vegetarian dishes provide something for everyone. The innovative Chefs offer fabulous seasonal specialities utilising fresh local produce from each area. All dishes are cooked to order and can be adapted to suit specific dietary requirements.
The team is headed by their young entrepreneurial director Reis Remzi who brings his enthusiasm & professional prowess to each of the venues and has cultivated a wonderful service ethic throughout. All our beef is selected, and hand cut by Donald Russell, from cattle which have been fed on a natural, grass-based diet. Our beef is traditionally aged for up to thirty-five days which is easily identifiable through its unique succulence, tenderness, and award-winning flavour.
We like to be secure in the knowledge that our butchers produce is from happy animals which have not been stressed or intensively fed. This is why Donald Russell have built up excellent, long-standing working relationships with their farmers.
